1. Who we are

Affinisy (https://affinisy.com) is a service of BlancPac Technologies, S.L., tax ID B93857100, registered in 41001 Sevilla (Spain), entered in the Registro Mercantil de Sevilla. Contact: affinisy@affinisy.com.

2. What Affinisy is

Affinisy is a purchase decision-support tool. It asks you a few questions about what you need and, from your answers, shows which options fit you best, with a compatibility percentage and its reasons. Results are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence system, which may look up public information on the internet.

Affinisy does not sell the products or services shown in the results, is not a party to any purchase you make, and does not decide for you. Its results are information, not professional, financial, legal or purchasing advice.

Affinisy may change, fail or be temporarily unavailable.

3. Using the service

You must be of legal age or have your parents' or guardians' permission. You agree to use Affinisy lawfully and not to try to alter it, overload it, extract its data by automated means, or use it for anything other than its purpose.

We may limit the number of queries or suspend access in case of abuse.

4. Account

You can use Affinisy without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what is done with it. You can ask us at any time for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted by writing to the contact address.

5. Plans, prices and payment

Some features may be paid: monthly subscriptions with a number of queries per period, and one-off query packs. Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe; Affinisy never sees or stores your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Unused queries do not carry over to the next period.

Right of withdrawal: as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw. By asking for the service to start immediately (for example, by running a paid query), you accept that, if you withdraw, the part already provided is deducted, and that you lose the right once the service has been fully provided. To exercise it, write to the contact address.

If a paid query fails because of the system, it is not deducted from your balance.

Invitations: for each friend who creates a new account through your link and confirms it, you each get 3 free basic searches (you, for up to 10 friends). Your own accounts and existing accounts do not count. Gifted searches have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, and we may withdraw them if we detect fraudulent use.

6. Results

Results are generated automatically from your answers and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information, including prices, availability and specifications. Always check with the seller before you buy or sign up. The final decision, and checking it, are yours.

Neutrality: the order and percentages of the results are calculated only from your answers and the criteria shown on the page itself. No brand, shop or advertiser can pay to appear, to rank higher or to have its product recommended, including those that buy market studies or have affiliate agreements with Affinisy. If we ever show sponsored content, it will be kept apart from the results and clearly labelled as such.

Suggestions marked "proposed by other users" are product names other users found, reviewed by us or repeated by several accounts; the system checks and scores them like any other product, and nobody pays for them.

7. Links, Amazon and other sellers

Results and the buy page link to third-party sites (for example, Amazon or search engines). Anything you buy there is governed by that seller's terms, not these.

Affinisy is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program (Amazon.com), an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com, with purchases credited across the other Amazon stores where available. As an Amazon Associate, Affinisy earns from qualifying purchases. This does not change the price you pay or the order of the results, which is calculated from your answers alone.

8. Deal alerts and buying requests

If you ask us to tell you about a deal or to help you find where to buy or hire something, we use the details you give us only to answer you. We will do our best, but we do not guarantee finding a deal or a provider.

9. What you write

What you write (your search, your answers, your comments) is used to give you the result and, without your account details, to measure and improve the service. Do not write personal data that is not needed, especially about health or about other people.

The name of a product you propose may stay in our catalogue and be shown to others as a suggestion.

10. Intellectual property

The Affinisy brand, design, texts and software belong to the company or its licensors. You may share your results with the share button; you may not otherwise copy or reuse the service without permission.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Affinisy is not liable for decisions you make based on the results, for third-party products or services, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may change the service and these terms. If a change is significant and you have an account or subscription, we will tell you reasonably in advance; if you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. Before you do, write to us: we will try to resolve it.
